1. Metabolic Conditioning aimed to build your fitness in a new way each day.

2. Cardiovascular to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing. 

3. Strength to build muscle, strengthen and stabilise. 

Weight is chosen using percentages of your own 1RM and 3RM’s (Maximum weight you can lift for 1 or 3 repetitions) with re-testing every 6 weeks.
