Boxing and kickboxing both coincide with each other and stand alone. A friendly class consisting of dynamic footwork, technical punching and conditioning all rolled into one satisfying session.

Savate

Time: 60 Minutes

Difficulty: Advanced

Description:

Bridgeman Savate Resistance - more advanced technique and specialised training, covering all 6 ranges of combat sport.

Including punching, kicking, grappling, traversing,

Groundwork and weapons. This is for everybody no matter what your fitness or skill level.
