Term 1 2023 we are excited to offer our super fun Kids Fitness Club!

Cube Kids is one of the most beneficial and affordable after-school and weekend programs for your kids.

Our goal is to help kids feel comfortable in a gym environment, build fitness and learn how to safely move their body!

Cube Kids - Term 1, 2023 is a full 9 Week Program 

Tuesday 7th Feb – 4.45 – 5.45pm (8-11 Years) 

Sunday 5th Feb – 9.00 - 9.45am (4-7 Years) 

 

Time/Day

Pricing

$200 Per Child - 9 Week term.

*We love to see siblings train together and want to make our classes accessible to families so if you enrol multiple children you save 10%

What is involved in a Cube KidZ session?

Climbing, Jumping, Balancing, Handstands and Agility are just some of the session focuses we work on developing through the 10 weeks of Cube Kids. Our goal is to help kids feel comfortable in a gym environment, build fitness and learn how to safely move their body!

 

Your kids coach will safely warm up and take your kids through some specific mobility drills before progressing into the skill and fitness elements of the session, they will then focus on a key skill and work through specific drills and exercises that are fun, safe and will help you kids develop and build fitness all while having heaps of fun and building relationships with other class participants.

 

Do parents need to stay during classes?

No, you are more than welcome to drop off your kids and come pick them up afterwards.

We understand that for some of the younger kids it is nice to have a parent around especially if they are new to training so we have designated an area for parents to sit, relax and watch class.

It is very important that all spectators remain in the designated waiting area. Wandering around the gym can lead to accidents and injuries.

In order to minimise the number of people on the gym floor please refrain from sitting anywhere outside our wooden floor waiting area or our reception/couch area.

What do students need to bring/wear?

  1. 1. Enclosed running/sport shoes

  2. 2. Clothing suitable for running, jumping and climbing

  3. 3. Water

 

 

Payment Terms

  • All payments are final.

  • We are unable to offer refunds for non attendance or change of mind.

  • If your child is unable to attend for 5 or more consecutive sessions due to serious injury or sickness we may be able to offer a credit towards future programs.
